Overview

Caring Collective is a health education startup on a mission to make science accessible to everyone — not just those with medical backgrounds. The core challenge wasn't the product. It was the communication.

Science-based content has a credibility problem: it either feels too clinical to connect, or too simplified to be trusted. The work here was finding the middle ground — a brand voice and visual language that felt approachable without losing its authority.

The Work

As sole brand and digital strategist, working directly with the CEO, I owned the creative and communications across the full brand:

  • Brand identity — visual development aligned to the startup's mission and tone

  • Web revamp — redesign to better communicate the platform and its value

  • Meta ads — campaign creation and execution

  • Social media — ongoing content across platforms

  • Pitch materials — decks and assets supporting investor and partner conversations

  • Content strategy — science-based content made human and shareable

the Final Result

A brand ready to scale — coherent across every touchpoint, credible enough for healthcare professionals, and clear enough for everyone else.
